OZ Poster (CARP)

For this project, we had to create a poster for he Wizard Of Oz, using C.A.R.P.

Contrast

For contrast, I used different color contrasts to make certain things stand out, like the title. I also used size contrast to make the more important things stand out. When looking at the poster, the title and "Olathe Northwest Theatre Presents" really stand out, because of the size. A small detail you might've noticed is that certain letters in "The Wizard Of Oz" are bigger, to make them seem more important. "Wizard" and "Oz" are bigger than "of" and "the."

Allignment

Mostly everthing is alligned to the left of the poster, but the title and visual of the characters in "The Wizard Of Oz" are in the middle.

Repitition

There's a lot of repetition in the colors of the poster. The colors, green, yellow, and white are used a lot throughout the poster. Also, a lot of the poster aligned to the left.

Proximity

The information about "The Wizard Of Oz" is all grouped together at the bottom, and above it is another group that has information about ONW. The title and date/price are all grouped on the top half of the poster.
